A peppermint bath cannot stand on it’s own. Infuse with at least two other herbs to make a strong infusion tea for purification from stronger issues by boiling it until the water is tinted, allow to steep for 15 minutes, then strain into a pitcher and add water to fill the rest of the pitcher. Sit in an empty bath, and pour the lukewarm mixture over your head. Do not wash the mixture off, allow your skin to air dry. Praying beforehand helps to set the intention for the bath.
